VAF Litigation Secretaries - Absa and Std Bank Pretoria East
Well established Law firm in Pretoria, requires the services of a VAF Litigation Secretaries for Absa (1) Standard Bank (1) to join this team ASAP.
Requirements:
- Gr 12 / matric
- 4 6 years previous experience in Absa / Std Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance position
- Must have functional experience on the following systems: AJS, DM11 and Lexpro
- Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience
Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
Ability to work independently and manage approximately 30 matters per day
Ability to perform well under immense pressure
Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times
Ability to liaise with banks, debtors, Sheriff Offices and other role players
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Administratively strong, honest, hardworking and positive individual
Salary: R13 000.00 R15 000.00 (negotiable) depending on experience, medical insurance and provident fund (permanent staff)
