Duties:
- Evolve experience essential
- Opening and closing of vehicle admin orders
- Processing of payment requisitions
- Invoicing vehicles for cash and finance deals
- Invoicing vehicles for dealer swops and interbranch transfers
- Receiving and stocking of vehicles
- Compiling of floorplan reports of vehicles
- Settle sold vehicles
- Loading of used vehicles on floorplan
- Transfer of demo vehicles on floorplan
- Licensing and registration of demo vehicles
- Requesting Natis documents form banks for vehicles settled
- Dealer stock of used vehicles
- Administration of monthly Fleet/Demo/DAF/Incentive Claims to the Brand head office
- Ordering, conducting QA and releasing of new vehicles
- Various other admin and dealership related duties as set out by the Dealer Principal
