Vehicle Technician (Motor Industry)
Location: Kempton Park
Salary: R8000 R13000 ctc per month, depending on qualifications & experience
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 07:30 17.00 (Monday to Friday) | 09:00 13:00 (Saturday)
Duties:
- Carry out 80 point / quality checks on vehicles
- Servicing of vehicles
- Diagnostics on vehicles
- Fault finding
- Major repairs to vehicles
- Upselling of parts and therefore labour
- Housekeeping - ensure allocated bay is neat and tidy at all times
Requirements
- As this is a pressurized business unit, working independently, accurately and within time allocated slots is crucial.
- Attention to detail, customer driven and focused coupled to problem solving
- Will be required to be neatly dressed in uniform at all times
- Must be a team player
- Previous technician experience in the motor industry will be an advantage
