Vacancy available for a Workshop Service Manager with a Vehicle dealership in Rustenburg, North West The duties of the position include : Manage all aspects of the Service Department and workshop; management of staff and finances in department; Manage service department profitably through financial controls ; Establish customer satisfaction; Lead, develop and motivate staff, Administration and reporting Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience as Workshop / Service Manager Experience working in a corporate branded dealership within the Service department, as either Assistant manager, Senior service advisor or Foreman Management and leadership skills Self-driven and ability to drive targets Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record Grade 12 required Basic mechanical knowledge and administration skills Basic salary with incentives and company benefits Please send cv heiliefirstdegreerecruitment.co.za
