The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the EPWP. They will perform a variety of tasks related to data verification, record keeping, and administration, ensuring all information is up-to-date, complete, and secure. · Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any errors of inconsistencies for identified public bodies supported. · Maintaining and organizing paper and electronic records according to established procedures for identified public bodies supported. · Following data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information. · Training officials on data verification and record-keeping procedures to ensure consistent data quality. · Assisting with the development and implementation of record-keeping procedures. · Preparing reports and summaries based on the collected verified. · Assist with various administrative support tasks required by the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure at Head Office and Provincial level. · Matric/Grade 12. A 3-year tertiary qualification will be an added advantage. Skills and Attributes · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Excellent organizational skills. · Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with common database and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work under pressure.
