Our client is a trend setting Car Rental Company and they are looking for the cream of the crop. You will be responsible for handling VIP rentals from end to end â including bookings, breakdowns, admin, payouts, and everything in between. We need someone who embodies a bubbly, enthusiastic, and cheerful demeanour, who always treats every customer like they're their best customer and who demonstrates confidence and a willingness to go above and beyond. You will need to have an excellent command of the English language, be computer literate and have a valid drivers license. If you are passionate, outgoing, and ready to take on the challenge of managing VIP car rentals with a smile, we want to hear from you!

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07h30 to 17h30, with a rotation for night shift standby at home.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transport
Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience â (face to face and telephonic -no call centre)
Prior rental experience is beneficial, but we prioritize a positive attitude over experience.
Availability for night shift standby on alternate weeks, ensuring prompt response to customer needs.
Computer literate
Exceptional communication skills (English must be a first language)
Stable work history
