Our national client is seeking an experienced VIP Payroll Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team, · Capture bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into Excel from manual forms, · Insert complex formulas for the attendance registers, · Submit attendance registers to Financial Manager · Process leave onto VIP and NBCRFLI site, · Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for, · Prepare performance based rewards calculations · Assist with payroll queries · Complete exit documents · Review monthly payroll · Grade 12 · NQF Level 6 qualification · Minimum 3 years' experience · VIP Payroll experience essential · Knowledge of the National Bargaining Council for the Road and Freight Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) is preferred · Advanced MS Excel experience,
