VISUAL MERCHANDISER – CAPE TOWN V&A Waterfront Our client in the luxury retail industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Regional Visual Merchandiser to join their team in the Cape Town. Responsibilities • Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region. • Implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company’s criteria and objectives • Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them • Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards • Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales • Analyse sales data and establish visual merchandise changes to drive sales and improve customer engagement • Stay aware of fashion trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies Requirements. Should have about two years working experience in VM field Driver’s license and own vehicle. Relevant qualifications.
