Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

Co-ordinate production in the Casting (Foundry) and Drawing Departments ensuring all quality, environmental, health and safety matters are complied with.
Responsible for ensuring that the business complies with all relevant SHEQ legislation, company policies and procedures, minimum requirements and permit requirements.
Coordination of the implementation, maintenance and administration of the ISO Quality management system will also form part responsibilities.
Ensure production targets are met.
Ensure shop floor operators are competent (trained).

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 NQF 4
Qualified Mechanical Artisan and/or B. Mechanical Engineering
Health and Safety related Diploma
Safety and Health Training Courses e.g. SHEQ, SAMTRAC, HIRA, Accident Investigations
Quality Training Courses e.g. ISO 9001
