We are looking for enthusiasm and a lot of passion for our retail store in Durban.Duties: Selling new Contracts, Upgrades, Cash Devices, Airtime, Fibre, Accessories, New voice and broadband contracts Retention of mobile and Fibre contracts. Device insurance LTE, Fibre and Wireless air sales Sim Swops, Account payments and Repair bookings Resolving Customer Queries Merchandising and general daily tasks Able to sell instore and promote within the surrounding suburbs Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years Cellular sales experience in new Contracts, Upgrades, Broadband, Fibre, Accessories, insurance offerings & Device sales M2 & Siebel C3D and VPP (Vodacom systems) Device knowledge and trouble shooting Computer literacy Able to work under pressure Target and Goal driven Passion for super customer service Positive and friendly attitude Quick thinker and high energy and able to deal with high demanding clientele Package: Basic salary (R5500 - R7000) commission Salary is negotiable based on experience.
