Well established labour consultants situated in Gillitts, Durban seek an experienced Wage Clerk with excellent experience on Sage VIP Premier . 24 client payrolls, 13 monthly and 11 weekly, ranging from 10 to 100 employees. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and advanced knowledge of VIP Premium are essential. Total working hours a month are 50 hours (Mornings only). Candidate must be able to function seamlessly on VIP PREMIER. Must understand – MIBCO & NBCRFLI (National bargaining council Road freight) MEIBC returns and comfortably handle them monthly. Have a reasonable knowledge of PAYE and UIF submissions ( EMP 201/501) and DOL declaration to UIF. RMA AND WCA – submissions IOD registrations Possessing of wages weekly/ fortnightly and salaries monthly for several clients at specific intervals. Engage with clients about new employee uptakes and removals. Garnishee management and reporting to the finance desk for timeous payment. Set up of hours and change of rates on employees pay structures. Half day position for 50 hours a month. Please note that only suitably qualified candidates will be contacted.
