We are seeking for a highly efficient and dynamic Warehouse Administrator & Invoicing Clerk. The Warehouse Administrator & Invoicing Clerk will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to warehouse operations and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing processes. This include updating clients' details, creating and sending invoices to clients, and tracking payments. The ideal candidate is proficient with Microsoft word, excel and word, capturing data, and reporting and is able to identify and solve problems. Key responsibilities General administration for the warehouse, including the processing and filing of: Daily invoicing POD'S ''proof of delivery'' for all deliveries Staff Attendance Assisting the warehouse staff with picking slips and stock allocations Participates in stock counts Daily revenue versus monthly budget report Invoicing worksheets on Sage Accpac Daily tracking of shipments Issue the invoices to the courier transport for delivering the stock to their destinations Demonstrated competencies across Microsoft Office applications to effectively manage and maintain warehouse records Provided day-to-day administrative support, aiding smooth-running warehouse operations Ensure that proper paper trail is maintained Completed and filed paperwork promptly, up keeping thorough, accurate records Completed detailed stock reports, maintaining up-to-date, reliable inventories Perform any reasonable duties as requested by management Requirements Must be computer literate in Excel, Word & Outlook Speak, read, and write English Good with figures, capturing data, and reporting Good communication skills Be able to identify and solve problems Work independently and be self-motivated Knowledge of Accpac an advantage Qualifications and experience Matric / Grade 12 (basic mathematics & Accounting knowledge) 2- 3 years, experience in a similar position A tertiary degree or diploma an advantage Desired Skills: Invoicing POD Time Management Adaptability ethical conduct Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Degree About The Employer: The Company has been supplying the local Southern Africa market for over 20 years and remains the largest amenities company in South Africa.
