A vacancy for a Warehouse Admin Controller is available at Hammersdale, KZN. Applicants with relevant experience will be taken into consideration. The Warehouse Admin Controller is responsibile for i.e: overall data and product administration, all documentation relating to goods received, issued relevant reports, handling of queries, management reporting of the functions of admin • Capture Daily operational dashboards timeously • Submit Weekly customer reports on time • Process returns within 24 hours of event • Ensure receiving packs contain all required documents, inter alia, put away confirmation checks, photos of stock, quality control documents and all documentation filled in correctly • Filing of all documents to ensure easy retrieval when required • Manage stationary • Ensure closure of receipts and Goods issued per shift • Manage inbound booking confirmation • Ensure PODs (Proof of Delivery) are up to date • Ensure proper management of Pallets, CHEP and Brown pallets • Co-ordinate Stock take control; ensure capturing and reconciliation of cycle counts, and stock takes are done correctly • Manage Stock rotation • Ensure Daily required Client reports are sent out timeously • Ensure Claims investigations received are closed off immediately • Validate return reasons and submitted to management daily • Ensure stock received under quarantine is received on hold and appropriate labelling applied to goods • Ensure the Admin office is always clean, and workstations organised • Ensure Time and attendance controls are adhered to • Ensure shift planning and execution is adhered to • Control productivity of staff and adherence to SOPs • Motivate and discipline team as ad when required • Minimum qualification : Grade 12 • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in receiving and despatch R24 610 Cost to Company
