Our client based in Montague Gardens requires the skills of an all-rounder who will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the office. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and organising the warehouse and office space, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring that inventory management procedures are followed accurately. REQUIREMENTS Matric 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role Well-groomed / presentable Excellent telephonic skills Must be able to deal with people from different backgrounds Have a happy, enthusiastic disposition Excellent organizational skills Pay attention to detail Work under pressure Be computer literate Bilingual preferable (English / Afrikaans) Ability to multi-task Valid driver’s license and Own transport DUTIES Act as first line of contact for customers Receive parcels and handle new stock delivered to office Picking and packing of stock File and follow up of documents Keep the office space clean neat and tidy Maintain the warehouse cleanliness and tidiness Arrange couriers and shipments Answering of incoming calls in the event the rest of the team are unavailable Buying of office consumables or similar Assist with Customer liaison Making of tea and coffee for staff and guests Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience (including medical aid and provident fund).
