Warehouse operations and administration, including document flow, optimizing warehouse space, safety procedures, overseeing tasks from storage and distribution, and concluding stock counts. Key Performance Areas: Team coordination, including assigning tasks to pickers and packers to optimize workflow Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks. Ensure proper storage and maintenance of warehouse equipment Stock control, including stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records Confirm delivery accuracy against purchase orders Coordinate identification labelling and bin location-allocation Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall efficiency Adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) protocols Manage staff attendance records Compliance with SOPs, rules and regulations Qualifications and Minimum Requirements: Must have a completed Matric (Grade 12) Certificate Minimum of 2-3 years as a foreman, specifically within transport and distribution operations Must have a Forklift license Relevant qualification in warehouse and stock control will be an advantage Desired Skills: Warehouse Administration Stock Counts SHEQ Storage Forklift Operator Warehouse Operations Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric About The Employer: Strategic partner and provider of cooling and refrigeration solutions, in commercial refrigeration, beverage dispensing systems, glass packaging, and after-sales service to top beverage brands.
