We are a wholesale company in Boksburg and looking for a dispatch Supervisor to ensure the smooth run of the warehouse and all other operations. Supervising and managing the stock-keepers and labors. Assisting the issuing officer to check goods Ensuring all working stations are tidy and safe at all times. Ensure proper arrangement of goods or items in the warehouse office. Supervising employees when capturing data on the systerm, Assisting the stocktaking officer to do the stock checking Ensure all Health & Safety measures are adhered to Ensure all SOPs are adhered to when handling waybillis Ensure all waybillies captured are done according to Sunbromate rules and regulations Ensure to report all abnormalities that you may come across within the warehouse Ensure each staff is in the correct PPE Conducting training whenever necessary for all assigned staff Lead and mentor team on adhrence to the department execution of the warehouse process, procedure and strategy. Frequent communication with the internal sales interms of availability of stock Assisting the manager in dealing with emergency situations that may arise unexpectedly. And any other duties as delegated by management Education background: Certificate / secondary school, Diploma or Degree in supply chain or logistics Work Experience: 3-5 years work experience Language Skill: Fluent in English verbal & writing and any other language Computer Skill: Good with Exel
