Description Job Responsibilities Head up the warehouse and manage the team to ensure internal & external service delivery Overall stock control Ensure that receiving and dispatch is operating accurate and efficient. Ensuring weekly cycle counts are conducted and report on variances. Monthly stocktake preparation and counts. Ensure Health and Safety rules and policies are always adhered to. Management of cost according to financial budget. Management of loading equipment, tools and consumables. Manage Bond warehouse according to Sars regulations. Housekeeping Requirements Grade 12 Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics or warehouse management would be beneficial Min 5 – 10 years Warehousing experience as warehouse manager. Preferable knowledge of MS Office, Sage Evolution Able to work overtime when required. Own transport and license essential Basic tyre knowledge or automotive experience 3-5 years in either logistics or warehouse management 3 years proven staff management record Skills Required Computer literate Good organizational and problem solving skills Ability to multi task Strong communication skills Strong customer relations skills Ability to work under pressure Positive, can do attitude with a willingness for self-develop Workflow Stress management Planning Mediation Ability to think out of the box Proactive and self-motivated We offer Provident Fund Contribution
