To be able to plan travel routes for drivers. To accurately track inventory entering and exiting the warehouse. To develop business in the surrounding areas. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. To ensure safety compliance. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Supervising the receipt, dispatching, and storage of goods Managing warehouse staff, vehicles and other equipment Overseeing security, sanitation, and administrative functions. Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and vision. Setting up layout and ensuring efficient space utilization.
