As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of products Ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records Implementing and maintaining best practices for warehouse operations Managing and motivating a team of warehouse personnel Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry Strong leadership and management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of warehouse management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Benefits Salary: R300K/yr - R360K/yr, negotiable Training & Development RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
