Warehouse Shipping Supervisor- Month to Month Temporary Contract - Durban
Proven 3 years of experience in logistics.
Must have a Degree in Logistics.
1. Support to ensure goods receipts from suppliers and deliveries to customer: resolve issues that might arisewith deliveries (in/out) at warehouse / port / customs / transportation company: Fill proper documentation for allgoods in/out of factory (e.g., invoices, customs documentation)
2. Resolve or support issues that might arise with port / customs / transportation company
3. Support and preparation reporting of KPIs (incl., costs, payload, PDII) for all metrics concerning the factory,inclusive all the way to fi nal destination on the DOs
4. Run process in order to deliveries to customer (e.g., from port to customer site) and link factories tocustomers to shipping company / road transportation
5. Synchronize ETDs and ETAs over the supply chain to ensure the correct delivery date to customer
6. Resolve issues that might arise with port / customs / transportation company
7. Bring suggestion and drive projects to continuous improvement for the areas
