Responsibilities: Overseeing and planning, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Implementing operational policies and procedures. Implementing and overseeing security operations. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Ensuring the safety of staff. Motivating and disciplining staff. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles. Assist with urgent deliveries by using your vehicle with deliveries where required if necessary. Utilize your vehicle to assist with last-minute deliveries as per customer requests if necessary Assist with the entire company's relocation process. Opening and closing of the warehouse Communication with the landlord and disclosure of all issues- Discuss with Imraan first. Return the property to the landlord when the lease expires and provide all required paperwork, such as an inspection report. Accountable for ensuring that the property is not damaged and for reporting any damages to Imraan. Drive a forklift and Truck when necessary or when we are short of staff. All warehouse employees are to report to the Supervisor, and you are to report to the National Logistics Manager on a daily basis regarding the operations of the mentioned branch.
