As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse. Responsibilities: Employee Management: Supervising and leading warehouse staff effectively. Inventory Management: Tracking and maintaining inventory levels to meet operational needs. Reporting: Generating reports for management to assess performance and inventory status. Operational Efficiency: Ensuring smooth and efficient production processes within the warehouse. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an electrical background and 2-5 years of warehouse experience. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in handling electrical equipment such as sound systems, alarms, speakers, and wires. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred. Communication: Strong communication skills and previous experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably within the same industry. Education: Matric certificate (Grade 12).
