If so, this opportunity may be perfect for you Our client, a leading international automotive company, is seeking a seasoned Warranty and Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer service and contract compliance, contributing directly to the company's success. Responsibilities: Process and manage warranty claims: Assess and validate claims according to company policies and procedures. Liaise with customers, dealers, and suppliers: Address concerns, inquiries, and disputes related to warranties and contracts. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records: Utilize databases and systems to document warranty activity and contract administration tasks. Analyze warranty data: Identify trends and patterns to support informed decision-making. Ensure contract compliance: Monitor and enforce contractual terms and conditions, safeguarding company interests. Prepare reports and presentations: Synthesize data and provide insights on warranty performance and contractual obligations. Contribute to process improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline warranty administration and contract management. Qualifications: Matric certificate or higher qualification. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Warranty and Contracts Administrator role. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Understanding of automotive warranty principles and contract administration is a plus.
