Warranty Clerk - Pretoria

A well established dealership, is looking for an experienced and efficient Warranty Clerk to hit the ground running!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with service department
  • Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
  • Liaising with customers in regards to claims
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
  • Costing / Invoicing
  • General administration of day to day invoices

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 2 years Warranty claims experience within a Franchise Motor Dealership
  • Literate on Evolve
  • Attention to detail and strong admin
  • Good customer care skills
