Duties: Facilitation: Planning and managing weekly classes Preparation and delivery of learning content Prepare learning environment i.e., labs; classrooms; research venues, group activity venues etc Develop learning material if required Organize additional workshops and field trips Marking of practical, formative, and summative assessments General academic administration: Record student attendance Motivate and reinforce students Identify students at risk Set up additional support for students Record student results Provide programme review feedback Moderation reports completed as per the moderation plan Complete certifications as per deadlines Present the qualification at open days Minimum requirements: Facilitator must have a relevant qualification at NQF 9 (Masters). At least 5 yrs. post qualification experience in water infrastructure operations. Must be a subject matter expert in water infrastructure operations.
