Create marketing documents that highlight clients' businesses for Merger and Acquisition opportunities. Ensuring accurate representation, managing client relationships, aligning marketing strategies with deal objectives, and improving successful transactions, while enhancing the company's reputation. Strategic Marketing Timely and accurate creation of marketing documents (Teaser documents and Information Memorandums), ensuring that all materials are of high quality and effectively highlight the strengths and opportunities of our clients' businesses. Enhancing the reputation of Benchmark International as a leading Merger and Acquisition advisory firm, through consistently high-quality marketing materials and successful deal outcomes. Improving the number of successful transactions, as a result of compelling marketing materials that attract the right buyers or investors. Team work Effective collaboration with the transaction team to align marketing strategies with overall deal objectives, resulting in a cohesive approach to taking opportunities to market. Client management Successful management of client relationships, ensuring clear communication, while meeting client expectations throughout the marketing process. Non-Negotiable Requirements: Impeccable writing skills and English language ability. Computer literate with proficiency in electronic record-keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics. Additionally, a relevant commercial understanding and awareness of business operations across various industries, coupled with basic mathematical and financial understanding. A minimum of 3 years client-facing experience in any industry, with the ability to communicate effectively, manage relationships, and handle sensitive situations. A valid driver's license, own reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel occasionally. Nice to Have: A Bachelors Degree Proficiency in financial modeling, financial analysis, and Excel is advantageous. Experience in business writing. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking, investment firms, or financial advisory services, creating business documents, financial reports, or client presentations. Alternatively, experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or business consulting, working on projects involving business analysis, strategic planning, and report writing.
