Welfare Engineer /Compliance Good day we are looking for a Welfare Engineer to work for our client in Saudi Arabia- The Welfare Engineer will be in charge to ensure that the workforce will be accommodated, fed, transported and treated if need be according to the required standards. Requirements 10 to 15 years minimum experience in HSE and in particular Health/hygiene topics. Experience in integrated projects and joint Venture organization. Verify Contractors Site facilities compliance of: field catering / restaurant, resting and payer´s facilities, workers sanitary facilities, transport; Site medical support… Verify Contractors camps compliance and conditions, and in particular: Catering, Rooms and sanitary condition; Medical support, … Ensure that all facilities are duly maintained and cleaned by the contractors organization; Set-up a weekly coordination meeting with all contractors representatives to ensure that Welfare situation is kept at the highest standard; Provide to PMT a regular update of the situation as well as possible improvement.
