Minimum of 5 years experience in the Wholesale sales role within edible products
Must be willing to travel nationally within South Africa
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate communication to current and prospective wholesales to grow the 20lt Palm, 20lt Oil bucket market, Baking oil ingredients
Must work closely with buyers and owners and drive sales into wholesalers, drive sales out by ensuring sales plans and strategy are done to ensure growth
Technical support to end users, training of wholesalers reps and helping customers conversion from competitor products to ours
Respond to enquries, providing comprehensive information both to the custoemrs and internal departments
Address customer needs, queries and concerns courteously and promptly
Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sale support
Collaborate closely with the cross functional departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions, enquiries and resolutions
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer service
Manage the market expectations
Ticket resolution efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement the channel strategy and marketing plans
