Responsibilities: Assist clients with inquiries and orders, providing exceptional service. Receive and organize stock for shelves and storeroom. Generate goods received vouchers for accurate inventory management. Coordinate and manage shifts efficiently. Arrange shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery. Take responsibility for sales transactions and contribute to sales targets. Assist with social media activities to promote our products.
