Workshop Controller - - Durban

Our client is looking to employ a skilled Workshop Controller to oversee quality checks, audits and processes in the workshop.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and complete vehicle quality checks, audits, processes, and inspections as required.
Perform test drives to assess vehicle performance.
Maintain high standards of work quality.
Support team members to ensure efficient operations.
Resolve issues and challenges as they arise.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
Prioritize health and safety standards and procedures.
Order correct parts for vehicle repairs.
Adhere to warranty standards.
Ensure servicing work is completed correctly, competently, and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in the motor industry.
Grade 12 qualification.
Valid Driver's License.
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
Technical background preferred.
