Dealership Workshop Foreman - Polokwane We're looking for a dynamic Workshop Foreman to lead our client’s busy workshop and ensure top-notch service and repair quality, aiming for customer satisfaction You'll be responsible for efficient resource utilization, staff supervision, and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Ensure staff is trained for optimal efficiency and quality. Fairly allocate jobs to technicians. Supervise tests, equipment use and document security. Manage cross-departmental relationships. Objectives and Key Tasks: Focus on improving profitability and customer satisfaction. Prioritize health and safety measures. Adhere to defined limits of authority. Security and Administration: Secure customer property and account for all materials. Monitor equipment, documentation and materials. Oversee job progress and authorize requisitions. Implement health and safety procedures. Workshop Controlling: Add fixed rate units to job cards. Maintain control over sublet suppliers for cost-effectiveness. Minimum Requirements: Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Trade Test Certificate. 3 years of Workshop Foreman experience in a dealership. Previous premium brand experience is advantageous.
