Workshop Manager- KwaZulu-Natal, Durban Our client is looking for a experienced Workshop Manager who is up for a challenge to manage and grow their service department. As Workshop Manager, your role involves strategizing and developing the service department for sustained profitability and operational efficiency. Requirements: Completion of Grade 12 Proficient technical aptitude At least 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager Competency in computer usage Outstanding interpersonal abilities and prior customer service experience Responsibilities: Lead, develop and motivate staff. Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index. Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department. Key Competencies: Problem solving skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals. Customer care Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively.
