Our client, a renowned global automotive company, is seeking a talented Workshop Manager to oversee their workshop operations and drive excellence in service delivery. Requirements: Possess a Matric Certificate or higher, reflecting your commitment to education and your ability to meet essential qualifications. Hold a valid Code 8 driver's license, enabling you to fulfill the operational requirements of the role. Have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in workshop management. Display strong leadership qualities, enabling you to effectively manage a team and drive results. Possess a high level of technical expertise, allowing you to support the foreman and assist with diagnostics. Excel in human relations, fostering positive relationships and effective communication. Due to the physical demands of the role, the successful candidate must be physically fit and capable.
