KEY OUTPUTS: Execute meticulous product checks, packing, weighing, dimensioning, and labeling for daily deliveries. Ensure all packages meet quality standards, are properly sealed, and appropriately placed in the designated Lodge Cage. Strictly adhere to deadlines as per the Warehouse Delivery Schedule. Collaborate with Suppliers, Couriers, and Transporters to facilitate efficient deliveries and collections. Complete the Daily Delivery Sheet meticulously, following prescribed procedures for goods verification. Organize and maintain separation of goods by order/Lodge, ensuring accessibility and orderliness. Monitor and report any discrepancies in product quality promptly. Operate various equipment, including pallet wrapper, pallet trolley, and dock leveller. Adhere rigorously to safety requirements, including working at heights. Execute tasks such as paper shredding and plastic recycling. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Undertake additional duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Directly engage with Suppliers or Lodge staff visiting the warehouse with professionalism. Demonstrate a polite, patient, and hardworking demeanor. Exhibit a can-do attitude and a proactive, quick-response approach with a sense of curiosity. Possess detailed and numerate capabilities. Comfortably handle receiving deliveries from Suppliers/Couriers. Ability to pack and load heavy packages. General understanding of packing procedures.
