QUALIFICATIONS Good General IT level of education - Specialist IT skills essential Good Knowledge on Networking Technologies (WAN, LAN, WIFI, TCP/IP) 4 to 5 years of experience in IT especially Self-worker. Highly motivated. Has the trust of his peers. Flexible. Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving. Ability to manage own work schedule. Relay well to others. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to communicate freely with people from different parts of the world, reliability and accuracy in the execution of assigned tasks, communication skills and the ability to work in an international team. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor Solutions in role, report and troubleshoot any problems as required. Apply security updates and patches where and when required. Create documentation, procedures and policies in relation to the areas covered. Establish a good working relationship with piers and other business actors. Produce Dashboards and Reports. Leading implementations and technical support for the Zscaler system, Actively participate in projects in the implementation of security systems and cloud services, Continuous technological improvement in selected areas of Zscaler, Supporting users from around the world in the proper functioning of Zscaler.
