Develop, deliver and maintain a HR department strategy that meets the needs of all stakeholder groups Fund Management Committee. Plan, organise and direct HR programs and activities in a manner that promotes quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness of the HR department. Development and maintenance of Company Responsible for the adherence of all BOS and other HR related legal procedures. Meet profit plan objectives work and continuous improvement. Manage and keeping HR Information systems updated. Approve and sign off
