Sales Administrator

Looking to appoint a Sales Administator to support sales team and coordination of activities that will increase sales productivity


  • Generate standard quotes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to walk sales orders through the process
  • Maintain and update standard documentation folder
  • Verify and update funnel accuracy
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients and colleagues to obtain missing information or answer queries timeously
  • Liaise with the finance, projects and stores department to ensure expectations are met
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly and weekly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Track sales targets and report any deviations
  • Own the weekly sales
  • Manage diaries and coordinate sales related activities/meetings
  • Keep accurate minutes of all sales and management meetings Manage executive diary and movements
  • Administer all sales leads and tender notifications

Matric and Admin or Sales related qualification

At least 5 years proven track record in an administrative support role

Assertive nature with good interpersonal and coordination skills
