Experience In Wadeville Oversees and/or supervises staff, such as Sheet Metal Workers, engaged in the operation work of staff, considering factors such as staff workload, knowledge and experience, interest, staff development
DUTIES: Staff salaries All information accurately recorded on the payroll system Staff files kept up and assistance to staff and managers on all HR matters Issued documentation to staff are accurate, signed kept on record Assist with the recruitment of staff by placing internal advertisements, ensure reference with employment agencies and procuring temporary staff members Assist with the exit interviews and the decisions Arrange monthly induction programmes for new staff Prepare draft HR report quarterly for Board meetings

Supervise head office reception and cleaning staff.
Administration and procurement of head office coordination and management of uniforms and PPE for all staff.
Processing of purchase orders for administrative administrative goods and services for head office staff.
