The successful Requirements: Grade 12 Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a Call Centre environment Minimum of 2 years HR administrative experience Must have an excellent track record databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire reports and presentations on HR metrics Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues Assist payroll
