Training Manager


A minimum of 2 days per week will be spent in the field with sales representatives
Analyse and assess training effectiveness to determine when revisions, enhancements, or new programs should occur and receive recommendationinput from cross functional teams
Review department reports, sales trainee evaluations, field coaching reports, and any other reports that trainers are required to complete and evaluate training feedback
Proactively considersidentifies new strategies, tactics and tools to raise the level of teams thinking and performance, ultimately finding ways to improve
Develop both virtual and live facilitation skills expertise in support of training content delivery
Contribute to the development of the annual training calendar by liaising with sales management
Keep abreast of industry best practices in training and development and bench mark practices
Coordinate with sales and marketing to conduct new product launch training support and provide post launch training support

Knowledge of the South African Complementary, Allopathic Health Supplements regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong interpersonal skills along with an ability to influence both within and outside the organization
Ability to work with multiple internal crossfunctional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to developfacilitate training classesworkshops
