The role also involves supervising the transactions and records, addressing student and agent inquiries, maintaining office and facilities, supervising maintenance decisions, and initial handling of agent concerns. Complex student issues, major financial significant operational changes, and escalated agent or student conflicts. Regular interaction with the Frequent communication with students, recruitment agents, accommodation providers, service vendors, and
transactions, and addressing various student and agent inquiries. scheduling process of the program, including creating agent schedules, IDPs, and making necessary adjustments Requirements: 2 years of hands-on experience in WFM in a call centre ( inbound voice-process); 1 year of scheduling
including liaison with counterparties, facility agents and administrators on the calculation, allocation
pressure managing a team consisting of car rental agents and administrators Extensive customer service and
