1st (First Line) Support Agent and Trainer - Johannesburg
Qualifications:
CompTIA A+
Network+
Degree in Information Systems (preferred)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a company that provides practice management software to specialist doctors (Not Negotiable)
Training experience (writing training manuals, providing training on systems)
KPAs:
Respond to client inquiries
Diagnose and trouble shoot related to the software
All first line support duties prior to escalating to next step
Develop training manuals
Conduct training (one on one and group settings)
