Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+
  • Network+
  • Degree in Information Systems (preferred)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a company that provides practice management software to specialist doctors (Not Negotiable)
  • Training experience (writing training manuals, providing training on systems)
KPAs:
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Diagnose and trouble shoot related to the software
  • All first line support duties prior to escalating to next step
  • Develop training manuals
  • Conduct training (one on one and group settings)
