Requirements:

Degree in computer science, business intelligence or similar.
Ideally experienced in developing with ServiceNow
Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ideally also JellyScript
ITIL Certification advantageous
8 years working experience in IT Service Management
Over 5 years working ServiceNow development UI Builder, Flows, Performance analytics, Reporting, Platform Analytics, Generative AI, Scripting in ServiceNow
Over 5 years sound JavaScript development experience and willingness to quickly learn ServiceNow development

Duties:

Develop your own analytics and reports on Service Now platform
Align with stakeholders to deliver them their desired reports
Use your Service Now experience to exercise governance on the reporting developments.
Test and deploy your solutions with our agile toolchain.
No on-call duty required at this point
