Responsibilities:

Maintain high availability infrastructure.
Conduct research on latest networking trends.
Perform general administrative functions.
Infrastructure projects management.
Manage and configure Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) settings.
Optimize service improvement within the infrastructure environment.
Conduct remote infrastructure support and troubleshooting within prescribed SLAs.
Manage IP addresses and ensure infrastructure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Monitor and maintain biometrics and smart numbers for security purposes.
Perform daily maintenance and upgrades of branch offices and data center infrastructure, including cloud services.
Assist in Data Centre consolidations and design connectivity for Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.
Collaborate and communicate with IT Support teams.
Provide assistance to IT Support teams and manage capacity.
Generate reports within the infrastructure and maintain vendor relationships.

Other Requirements:

Undertake cross-functional tasks and provide assistance to Network Administrators.
Occasionally work night shifts and drive as necessary.
Liaise with third-party providers professionally and conduct UPS operational checks.
Process first point of contact calls for UPS and systems issues, as well as manage camera hardware and cabling.
