Candidate Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in travel/ tourism is an advantage
Field Guiding experience will be highly advantageous
Should have 3-5 years of Customer Service Experience with sales (face to face or telesales)
Must have 4x4 and camper van rental sales experience
Must have a strong knowledge of Africa and self-drive destinations
Should be Computer Literate (MS Office / Google Workplace)
Knowledge of Tourplan system is advantageous
Must have driver's licence and own transport
Should have excellent communication skills
Must have good time management, problem solving and organisational skills

This is a live-out position, office based (Monday to Friday and working some weekends)
