This position is for a Tenders Administrator - Price File and Fees to be based in Aeroton, Johannesburg, and will be reporting to the Tenders Manager. The candidate should have a good understanding of the tender process, analysing tender requirements, compiling a tender document, and preparing quotations and pricing. Collaborating with multiple departments, to ensure accurate and timely submission of tender applications. Manage internal price files in line with business requirements and alignment with Single Exit Price regulations. Manage Customer fees on a monthly basis. The candidate should have a good understanding of the tender process, analysing tender requirements, compiling a tender document, and preparing quotations and pricing. Collaborating with multiple departments, to ensure accurate and timely submission of tender applications. Manage internal price files in line with business requirements and alignment with Single Exit Price regulations. Manage Customer fees on a monthly basis. Key Job Output Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate. Maintain accurate records & electronic copies of completed documents. Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms. Ensure the tender process is followed. Prepare all relevant documentation for tender submissions to the Department of Health. Monitor and track tender outcomes. Updating of tender reports monthly. Maintenance of all Internal Price files on Oracle. Handle Price Queries. Submit monthly data and log fees reports. Capturing and submitting Data and log fees invoice. Maintain necessary filling system monthly. Coordinate all Single Exit Price related functions. Preparation and Submission of Quotes for Private and Public Clients. Work quickly with accuracy and with the minimum of supervision whilst adhering to existing internal procedures. Core Competencies Financial Acumen. Good interpersonal skills and self-driven. Good oral and written communication skills. BCom Degree 1 – 2 years' experience in Tender and Pricing Administration or similar. 1- 2 years' experience in Tender and Pricing Administration or similar in Pharmaceutical Industry Advantageous. Intermediate level of Computer Literate (MS Package) Apply Now
