Academic Manager (Agriculture) - Bloemfontein
Our client is a dynamic and growing company in the Agricultural Training and Development field. They are looking for a Academic Manger to join their team.
Minimum Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Agriculture
- Computer literate
- Comprehensive understanding of pedagogical principles and academic management practices
- Understanding of the SAQA, SETA and QCTO processes
- Necessary management- and leadership skills to lead an Academic Training Department
- Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Responsibilities:
- Targeted management of the academic training functions, online and residential
- Development of existing and new training programs
- Guidance and advice to satellite campuses
- Act as Moderator
- Student communication and liaison
- Professional development of facilitators to ensure high-quality training
- Planning, coordination and control of projects
- Liaison with existing clients to whom we provide a training service
Salary : R25 000 - R30 000 depending on experience and qualification
