More about the project: Problem to solve Solution/Deliverable Attractive Tech exposure Well rounded change & comms resources with solid background on retail banking – people change roll outs, deliverables linked to change methodologies Job Description / Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Culture & Employee Engagement Work: Foster a culture of engagement and dedication among employees by initiating and overseeing various cultural and employee engagement activities. VSE 2024 Calendar Oversight: Develop and manage the annual VSE 2024 calendar which includes key themes, special days, and other significant events. Employee Activations: Create and launch effective employee activation campaigns to boost morale, productivity, and team cohesion. Wellness Activations: Initiate and manage wellness programs that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all staff. Team Building: Organize and oversee team-building exercises and events to strengthen inter-departmental relationships and enhance collaboration. Storytelling & Awareness: Employ storytelling techniques to share company milestones, achievements, and vision, fostering a deeper connection among employees. People Change Roll: Implement people change strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring smooth transitions during times of organizational change. Strategic Communications: Develop and implement strategic communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization. Background and experience required: Years of Experience Industry Experience The work has been detailed to a level 5 process – I need doers – I don’t need expensive hands- I need doers – execution – delivery – and driven individuals- Prosci qualification a plus Must-have Skills (Mandatory Skills): Include minimum years of experience required per skill 5 years Beneficial Skills (Desired Skills): Salesforce context Culture background Good writer Employee experience People Change skills Comms skills Stakeholder skills Content creation well packaged CX exposure Apply Now
