What will you do: Responsibilities: · You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients and also be involved with all pitching/RFQ/RFP processes · Create budgets, - manage spend and propose more cost-effective or innovative ways of maximising spend against ROI · Ensure adequate support and manageable workload · Ability to identify opportunities to expand current portfolio and diversify through recognising the opportunity to cross-sell or upsell · Communicate expectations and manage delivery, budgets and reports · Manage all day-to-day activities relating to the client account · Work in partnership with the creative teams to provide excellent creative solution for your client's needs at all times · Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives What will you need: · Minimum 6 years proven experience as an Account Director or similar relevant agency position · Tertiary qualification in either Marketing, B.Comm. or Advertising · Experience in managing teams and large accounts · At least 6 years’ having been directly accountable to work with client, liaise and engage on (illustrating sound understanding) budgets, price quotes/CEs and invoices
