Develop and execute strategies to expand our client portfolio and market presence. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an Account Executive in the insurance industry. Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and industry regulations. Charismatic and confident – you're the face of our innovative insurance solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development within the insurance industry. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Minimum 7 years short-term insurance with 5 of the 7 years in a commercial sales and service capacity in a broking environment.
